Where 18jil engages third-party service providers (game providers, payment processors, KYC verification services, analytics platforms) to process data on its behalf, those providers act as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) and are bound by data processing agreements that require them to handle your data only in accordance with 18jil's instructions and applicable law.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with 18jil's data disposal procedures. Where data is anonymised, the anonymised data may be retained indefinitely for aggregated analytics purposes.

18jil may send promotional communications — including bonus offers, new game announcements, and tournament invitations — to Players who have opted in to marketing communications during account registration or through their account settings. Marketing communications may be delivered via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number, email, and in-platform notifications.
You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by: (a) adjusting your notification preferences in your 18jil account settings; or (b) contacting 18jil's support team via live chat or email. Withdrawal of marketing consent will not affect your ability to use the Platform or your eligibility for promotions you have already actively enrolled in.
18jil will not send marketing communications to Players who have self-excluded or who have registered a cooling-off period, regardless of their marketing consent status.
The 18jil Platform is intended for adults aged 21 years and above, as mandated by PAGCOR for all online gambling platforms operating in the Republic of the Philippines. 18jil does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
Age is verified through KYC documentation before any withdrawal is processed. If 18jil discovers that an account was created by or on behalf of an individual under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, the personal data deleted in accordance with applicable law, and any funds in the account handled in accordance with PAGCOR's requirements for underage gambling incidents.

The 18jil Platform integrates with third-party game providers, payment processors, and technology services to deliver its full range of features. These third parties may collect and process personal data in connection with your use of their services, subject to their own privacy policies. 18jil does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services that operate independently of the Platform.
This Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, applications, or services that may be referenced in 18jil's marketing materials or linked to from the Platform. 18jil's internal pages and navigation links are all contained within the 18jil.app domain and are covered by this Policy.
18jil reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered Players via the mobile number or email address on file at least seven (7) calendar days before the revised Policy takes effect.
The effective date at the top of this Policy reflects when the current version took effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. If you disagree with any amendment, you may request account closure in accordance with the Terms & Conditions before the revised Policy takes effect.

18jil acknowledges data rights requests within 5 business days and aims to resolve them within 15 business days. Complex requests involving large volumes of data or legal review may take up to 30 business days, with prior notification to the requesting Player.
If you believe your data rights have not been respected after raising the matter with 18jil's Data Protection Officer, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (NPC) through its official complaint channels.
