These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 18jil platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Access to 18jil is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with PAGCOR's age requirement for all licensed online gambling in the Philippines. Age is verified during KYC before any withdrawals are released.
18jil operates under a valid PAGCOR licence for the Philippine market. All gaming outcomes are produced by certified RNG systems. Player funds are maintained in segregated accounts and are protected under Philippine gaming law.
Each player is permitted one 18jil account linked to one verified Philippine mobile number and one government-issued ID. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and associated balances forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:
By accessing the 18jil platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and fully understood these Terms; (b) you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including 18jil's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy; (c) you are accessing the platform voluntarily and not under duress; and (d) you are acting in your individual capacity and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any other person or entity.
These Terms apply to all visits to and use of the 18jil platform, whether or not you have registered an Account. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. 18jil reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account at least seven (7) calendar days before they take effect.
Access to 18jil is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR's licensing requirements for all online gambling platforms operating in the Republic of the Philippines. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 18jil enforces this requirement through KYC verification — any Account found to be operated by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended, and all funds in the Account will be forfeited in compliance with applicable Philippine law.
The 18jil platform is operated and licenced for use within the Republic of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing or using 18jil is legal in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and without 18jil's authorisation.
The following persons are prohibited from holding an 18jil Account and must not use the platform:
To create an 18jil Account, you must provide a valid Philippine mobile number, which will be verified via one-time password (OTP). You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the 18jil platform. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or devices — constitute multi-accounting, which is strictly prohibited. Where 18jil detects multi-accounting, all associated Accounts will be suspended, all pending and available Cash Balances and Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR.
18jil is required by PAGCOR and applicable anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of: (a) a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's Licence, or Passport); and (b) a live selfie for facial matching purposes. 18jil may additionally request proof of address, source of funds documentation, or other supporting materials at its reasonable discretion. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification will not be permitted to withdraw funds, regardless of Cash Balance amount.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on your 18jil Account. Changes to your registered mobile number, withdrawal method, or personal details must be submitted to 18jil's support team and may require re-verification of your KYC documents.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 18jil Account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All wagers, deposits, and activity conducted on your Account are your responsibility regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you, provided that 18jil's security systems were not breached through our fault.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must immediately notify 18jil's 24/7 live support. 18jil will suspend the Account pending investigation upon receiving a credible report of unauthorised access. 18jil will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.
18jil accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), Coins.ph, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 or equivalent in cryptocurrency. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or associates — are prohibited and will be reversed or frozen pending investigation.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your 18jil Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers are subject to interbank processing times and are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes during banking hours. Over-the-counter deposits via 7-Eleven Cliqq are typically credited within 1 hour. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations. 18jil is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers or network congestion.
18jil may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day. Responsible gaming deposit limits voluntarily set by the Player will take precedence over maximum deposit limits. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits aligned with their financial means.
18jil processes GCash and Maya withdrawals within 1 to 2 hours for fully KYC-verified Accounts under normal operating conditions. This processing window applies to withdrawals submitted during standard cashier hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and Metrobank are subject to interbank clearing times and may take up to 1 business day. 18jil is not responsible for delays arising from the receiving financial institution's processing schedules.
All withdrawal requests must satisfy the following conditions before processing:
18jil is obligated under Philippine anti-money laundering law (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals that meet reporting thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns. 18jil may request source-of-funds documentation and may delay or withhold processing of withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of such review. Cooperation with these requests is a condition of using the 18jil platform.
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers issued by 18jil are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated for each promotion at the time of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet sizes, and expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagers placed in violation of the minimum odds or maximum bet size restrictions during a bonus period will not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
18jil monitors bonus activity across its platform. Where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to exhaust wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion with other Players to generate bonus turnover, or creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — 18jil reserves the right to void the relevant Bonus Funds and associated winnings and to suspend the Account.
All games offered on the 18jil platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer equipment sourced from licensed game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, and others. The integrity and fairness of all game outcomes are certified by independent testing agencies. 18jil does not manipulate game outcomes in any way not disclosed within each game's published rules and Return-to-Player (RTP) rates.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents a wager from being settled correctly, 18jil reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. Where a game error results in an erroneous display of winnings that were not legitimately earned under the game's published rules, 18jil reserves the right to correct the Account balance accordingly after notifying the Player.

18jil is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. The following tools are available to all registered Players in their Account settings:

All content on the 18jil platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, software, and the underlying source code — is owned by or licenced to 18jil and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, publish, or create derivative works based on any 18jil content without the Company's prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of 18jil's intellectual property may result in Account suspension, civil proceedings, or criminal referral under applicable Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 18jil shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the 18jil platform, even if 18jil has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
18jil's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit 18jil's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 18jil's gross negligence.
18jil is not responsible for interruptions to the platform due to internet service provider failures, scheduled maintenance, PAGCOR-directed actions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond 18jil's reasonable control.
18jil collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 18jil.app/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By creating an Account, you consent to 18jil's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. 18jil may share data with PAGCOR, Philippine financial intelligence authorities, and licenced KYC service providers as required by law or licence conditions.
18jil reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) the Player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (c) PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority directs 18jil to do so; or (d) the Player provides false or misleading information during registration or KYC. In cases of confirmed Terms violation, associated Cash Balances may be forfeited. In cases of suspension pending investigation, Cash Balances will be held and released if the investigation finds no violation.
Players may request permanent closure of their Account at any time by contacting 18jil's 24/7 live support. Remaining Cash Balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method following KYC confirmation, typically within three (3) business days.
18jil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 18jil will notify affected Players via the mobile number or other contact method registered to their Account at least seven (7) calendar days before the revised Terms take effect. Your continued use of the 18jil platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any revision, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. PAGCOR's regulatory framework and the applicable provisions of Philippine gaming law shall apply to all matters relating to game integrity, player protection, and responsible gaming.
In the event of a dispute arising between you and 18jil regarding these Terms or any aspect of your Account, you should first contact 18jil's 24/7 live support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR under its player complaint procedures. Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Manila, Philippines.
